WashBasis is an interactive educational simulation and mathematical calculation utility created for personal strategy and scenario analysis. WashBasis does not provide legal, financial, investment, or certified public accountant (CPA) tax advisory services.

All calculation outcomes are strictly dependent on the data you supply (transaction dates, share lots, purchase/sale prices, and lot assignment selections). You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any inputs and ensuring that any calculations conform to your actual broker trade confirmations (1099-B).

The layout, design, timeline visualizer algorithms, and visual branding of WashBasis are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the tool for personal, non-commercial portfolio calculation purposes.
